1/2 ruby red grapefruit, peeled and cut into sections
1/2 navel orange, peeled and cut into sections
1 mandarin, peeled and cut into sections
2 c arugula
Vinaigrette:
1/3 c raw apple cider vinegar
2/3 c extra-virgin olive oil
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp Maldon sea salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Spicy Pulled Pork Popper Sandwich recipe is made with my favorite slow cooker pulled pork recipe, caramelized onions, and Spicy Jalapeño cream cheese - seriously good!

Ingredients

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
4-6 lb bone-in pork shoulder roast
2 medium onions ( chopped )
4 cloves garlic ( crushed )
3/4 c apple cider vinegar
3/4 c light brown sugar
2 Tbls chili powder
2 Tbls Worcestershire sauce
18 oz barbecue sauce ( divided )
2 Tbls mustard
