Spicy Pulled Pork Popper Sandwich recipe is made with my favorite slow cooker pulled pork recipe, caramelized onions, and Spicy Jalapeño cream cheese - seriously good!

Ingredients
slice d sourdough bread
PHILADELPHIA Spicy Jalapeño cream cheese

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
4-6 lb bone-in pork shoulder roast
2 medium onions ( chopped )
4 cloves garlic ( crushed )
3/4 c apple cider vinegar
3/4 c light brown sugar
2 Tbls chili powder
2 Tbls Worcestershire sauce
18 oz barbecue sauce ( divided )
2 Tbls mustard

Delicious Copycat KFC Coleslaw recipe - this coleslaw is the perfect side dish to every barbecue and it’s great to bring to pot lucks and other get-togethers.

1/2 cup mayonnaise ( I use light )
1/4 cup buttermilk
1 1/2 Tbls apple cider vinegar
2 Tbls lemon juice ( fresh is best )
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
