Oven-Roasted Pulled Pork

Everyone loves a good pulled pork recipe. It is insanely tender and loaded with flavor. An easy pork recipe that you can prepare ahead of time and serve on a bun with the best homemade barbeque sauce!

Juicy and tender meat is the trademark of best-pulled pork. You can use the grill to achieve the fall-apart tenderness this dish is known for. However, a standard oven can also be used in creating this mouthwatering pork dish. It is all about the spices and liquid used to tenderize and marinate the pork. We've got both of those covered in this recipe.

2 pounds boneless pork shoulder
3 tbsp packed brown sugar
1 tbsp kosher salt
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp ground black pepper
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 bottle medium-bodied red wine

These Crispy BBQ Chicken & Bacon Wraps and simple, delicious and so quick to make. Filled with chicken, cheese, bacon and BBQ sauce . . .a perfect weeknight meal.

4 cups cooked ( shredded chicken rotisserie chicken works great! )
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese ( I like to use sharp )
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons water
3/4 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
