2 pounds boneless pork shoulder
3 tbsp packed brown sugar
1 tbsp kosher salt
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp ground black pepper

1 bottle medium-bodied red wine
16 oz BBQ sauce
