This Strawberry Pretzel Dessert recipe is always a hit at any holiday or potluck! It starts with a crunchy pretzel crust, then is topped with a layer of sweet cream cheese and Cool Whip filling, and a strawberry Jell-O topping. It's a comfort food recipe that can be called a salad or dessert, whichever you would like! You've got to try this recipe!

Strawberry Layer:
6 oz strawberry Jell-O package
16 oz fresh strawberries sliced
2 cup boiling water
Pretzel Crust:
2 1/2 cup pretzels crushed
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter ( melted )
Cream Cheese Layer:
8 oz cream cheese ( softened )
8 oz Cool Whip
3/4 cup sugar

Sizemore Pie

Sizemore Pie is everything you want in a summer pie: easy, ice cold and loaded with a toasted nut and coconut topping with some chocolatey deliciousness thrown in for good measure. Easy to make ahead and the recipe makes two pies — but this pie will seriously be gone in seconds!

2 8 oz. containers of Cool Whip, thawed
1 can Sweetened condensed milk
8 oz. Cream cheese, softened
1 cup Shredded coconut
1 cup Chopped nuts ( Pecans, walnuts or a mixed variety all work well )
1/2 stick Butter
1 cup M - M's, chopped

Cherry Fluff

Cherry Fluff dessert salad is one of my favorite cherry recipes! This easy dump and go salad is perfectly sweet, pretty and pink!

1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip ( I use lite )
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk ( I use fat-free )
1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple ( well drained )
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup shredded coconut ( unsweetened or sweetened is fine )
1/2 cup chopped pecans ( optional )
