Watergate salad is a classic fluff salad recipe that's a hit at any holiday or party! It's quick and easy, only requiring about 5 minutes of time to throw it together. If you love pistachio you are going to love this! Tons of flavor from the pineapple, pistachios, marshmallows, pistachio pudding and Cool Whip!

20 oz crushed pineapple
3 oz instant pistachio pudding
8 oz whipped topping
2 cups mini marshmallows
1/4 cup pistachios ( chopped )

In a large mixing bowl combine crushed pineapple and pistachio pudding mix. Gently fold in whipped topping and marshmallows.
