Classic Minnesota Hotdish Casserole!
I am starting to get excited about my solar oven. Think of it, cooking with nothing but the sun. My house stays cooler and I just set it out in the back yard and keep working until lunch is ready. I would really like to cook in my solar oven 3 – 4 times a week for lunch. So I decided to try pork chops in gravy for a quick and easy lunch. They turned out really, really good

For my daughter Alexis, this green bean bake \\\"makes\\\" the holidays. If she had to have one special thing on the table it would be this. It is simple to make and there are never leftovers. Hopefully it will help make your special occasions something special as well.

Youth leaders are always looking for an easy meal to cook with their group. The other day we were doing girl’s camp certification training and pulled out an old standby. Everyone loved it! This is fast, easy and sure to please.
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 T dried onions ( or 1/2 cup fresh )
1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
1 bag tater tots
Cheese ( optional )

Cook hamburger and onion, chopping to fine mixture. Mix in cream soup. Top with tater tots. (Sprinkle with cheese if desired.) Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour or until tots are brown and crisp.

After you taste how amazing this is, you'll never go back to the canned stuff! This recipe makes the same amount that comes in a can of condensed cream of mushroom soup.
3 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup onion ( minced )
1/2 cup minced mushrooms (I used crimini), minced
2-1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 cup vegetable broth
1/2 cup whole milk
