Chicken is the most popular meat in the United States. Why not chicken as a meatball? These won't be dried since they're fried.

The recipe calls for an easy mayo-mustard sauce. But these would be delicious in a marinara, barbecue or teriyaki sauce as well.

1 lb ground chicken
2 tsp garlic powder
2 egg
3 tablespoon Wheat Flour
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp Oyster Sauce
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp dried thyme
3 Cups vegetable Oil
3 cups All-Purpose Flour

Getting tired of the same homemade meatball recipes? This recipe calls for chicken! These easy homemade chicken meatballs are the answer to the ordinary meatballs you've been preparing for ages. This recipe can be served at events and parties as an appetizer or a topping for your favorite pasta. This fried meatball recipe is topped with a luscious mustard-mayo sauce that heightens the chicken flavor and the spices. This is also a great meatball dinner idea for kids that are picky eaters and are tired of the same beef or pork meatballs. This is also a great lunch or dinner party potluck dish.

My Grandma\'s Potato Salad simply cannot be beat ! I have so many fond memories of gathering around her table, while enjoying this delicious salad and some great conversation.

6 regular-sized potatoes ( boiled with skin on )
3 eggs ( hard boiled, plus one or two more for garnish )
1/2 large yellow onion ( finely diced )
2 whole dill pickles ( finely diced )
Sauce:
1 cup Miracle Whip
2 tsp. yellow mustard ( add another teaspoon if you like it more mustard-y )
Salt to taste ( 1 tsp. or less )
