A neat spin on the taste of traditional pizza.

3 ounces pepperoni diced fine
3 ounces Italian sausage cooked and diced fine
3 ounces shredded Parmesan cheese
6 ounces Mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 ounces black olives diced
1 ounce onion diced fine
2 ounces diced tomato
10 ounces pizza sauce
1 teaspoon each of parsley and oregano
1/2 teaspoon basil and garlic salt
Mix all of the ingredients except for the cheese in a large mixing bowl before placing into an oven dish. Put the dish into an oven preheated to 400 degrees and bake for 10 minutes before removing. Sprinkle the cheese over the tops immediately prior to serving.
