Tasty Meatloaf

A flavorful, easy meatloaf!

2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 egg
2 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can tomato soup concentrate, divided
2/3 cup Italian breadcrumbs
1 tsp. dry ground mustard
1/2 packet dry onion soup mix
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. "Soul Food" seasoning salt
1/4 cup ketchup
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a regular bread loaf pan. In a large bowl, whip egg with Worcestershire, 1/2 can tomato soup (reserve other 1/2 for top), dry mustard, 1/2 packet onion soup mix, garlic powder and "Soul Food" seasoning. Blend with hands into meat. When well mixed, add in Italian bread crumbs until evenly distributed. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and carefully pour off grease. Check to see that meat is no longer pink in the middle. If it is, bake additional time (10 - 15 minutes) before adding top sauce. Pour other 1/2 of tomato soup can over top. Add ketchup also if desired. Place back in oven for additional 15 minutes.
