Tasty Nutritious Goulash

This goulash is tasty and full of nutrition, I made this recipe up as I was going along with the ingredients that I had on hand, and to my delight it turned out very tasty!

1 lb. of ground beef
1/2 chopped onion
2 tbs chopped garlic
freshly ground sea salt and pepper
2c. rotini pasta (vegetable kind)
21/2c. tomato juice
2 c. beef broth
1 14.5 can pinto beans
1 14.5 can chili beans
2 8oz. cans tomato sauce
2 small packs goya seasoning
freshly ground sea salt & black pepper
2tp. worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1/2 tsp. parsley
1 tsp oregano
3 large cloves garlic minced
1/2c parmesan
2 green onions chopped
2c. cabbage chopped
2c. celery chopped
1 - 2 tsp. brown sugar
Brown ground beef with onion and garlic and sprinkle with salt and pepper until done; drain; while meat is draining add the rest of the ingredients except rotini pasta; bring to a boil and add beef and pasta; cover and cook 30 min. I served mine with croissants.
