Tasty Taco Salad

A quick and tasty meal with many of the usual toppings coming together in one pot-eliminating some of the serving dishes. Less dishes..less clean-up!

1 Lb Ground Beef
1 15oz can black beans (drained and rinsed)
1 15oz can corn (drained)
About 35 sliced olives (I buy whole olives and slice them myself. They're cheaper!)
1/2 (1.2oz) packet taco seasoning
Shredded Lettuce
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Diced Tomatoes
Ranch Dressing
Corn Chips, coarsely crushed
Brown the meat in a large saucepan over medium heat. Drain fat. Add taco seasoning, then add beans, corn, and olives. To serve: dish up the crushed chips into a bowl or on a plate, add the meat mixture, other toppings and top with Ranch Dressing. Yum. Yum.
