Teriyaki Chicken & Zucchini Stir-Fry Recipe

I’m sure many of you are trying to eat healthier now that it is a new year! This recipe is easy to make and is packed with plenty of protein and veggies!

2 Tablespoons olive oil
6 medium zucchini ( sliced )
6 medium yellow squash ( sliced )
1 onion ( diced )
4-6 boneless ( skinless chicken breasts cooked and cubed )
1 cup teriyaki sauce
sesame seeds ( for garnish )
rice ( optional )
