Teriyaki Pineapple Ribs

These ribs came out perfect. Crisped on the outside and easily taken off the bone. Both sweet and spicy!

1 rack of ribs (4-4 1/2 pounds)
1 tbsp Montreal Steak Seasoning
1 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp olive oil
3/4 cup Teriyaki Pineapple sauce/marinade

1. Preheat of oven to 325*F
2. Ribs can be cut into pieces (2-3 bones a piece) or made as a whole.
3. Place ribs meat side down and peel off the membrane. It may come off as a whole or in small pieces). If the membrane is not coming off, score the membrane with a knife.
4. Mix the Montreal Steak Seasoning, garlic powder and olive oil.
5. Rub the ribs with the seasoning mix on both sides.
6. Place ribs bone side down into a deep dish baking pan and cover with foil.
7. Allow the ribs to slow cook for about 2 1/2 hours.
8. After the ribs have cooked through, apply the teriyaki pineapple sauce with a kitchen brush on both sides, take off the foil and allow the ribs to roast for another 15-20 minutes bone side down.
9. Place ribs on a beautiful dish and serve with some yummy mashed potatoes and green salad.
