This is very good. I liked the corn in it and I love sour cream so it was a nice touch. More Tex than Mex I think but maybe next time I will add more cilantro.

1 (14.5 oz) jar tomato sauce
¼ teaspoon chili powder
2 teaspoons oregano
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
Pinch of cayenne
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 teaspoon canola oil
1 medium onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
12 oz beer
2 tablespoons ketchup
¼ cup cilantro, chopped
1 can corn, drained
1cup mushrooms, sliced
5 whole wheat Kaiser buns
Chopped cilantro, sliced red onion, grated cheddar, sour cream (for topping)

Add the tomato sauce, chili powder, oregano, cumin, paprika, allspice, cayenne and Worcestershire sauce to a ultimate chopper and puree until smooth.
Add the garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds....
