1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 medium sweet pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, drained
1 1/3 c. frozen corn, thawed
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
2 Tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 (8.8 oz) ready to serve brown rice
20 taco shells

1. In a large skillet cook ground beef, red peppers, and onion over medium heat until beef is cooked through and no longer pink. Drain grease.
