I am a big fan of salads specially the thai-style.You know what is the beauty of thai salads, they are full of flavors and texture, wonderful combination of sweet and savory, fruits and vegetables & I just drool ove such colorful salads. :P Here ,I am sharing one of my favorites thai-style salad – Thai Style Green Apple Salad . A well balanced plethora of flavors , little sweet, little juicy, little nutty and really healthy so What are you waiting for? Go and try it.

Ingredients :
2 Green Apples, cut in to thin slices
1 Red Onion, finely sliced
2 ts Olive Oil
1 tbs lime juice
1 tbs dry roasted peanuts
3,4 strawberries or cherry tomatoes 6 cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters
handful of lettuce salad, chopped
Dressing:
1 tbs mushroom soy sauce or fish sauce
1 tsp honey 1 garlic clove, grated
1 red chili or 1 ts chili sauce
1 ts lime juice
