12 cups cubed bread (2 bags of pre packaged cubes)
2 cups chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
6 table spoons of butter
1 tsp. rub sage
1 tsp. dry thyme
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
½ tsp. poultry season
1 ½ cups of turkey (or chicken) broth, can make own or use canned
