The first time I saw beet I thought I'd never like it because it's a root crop so it'll have a strong earthy flavor. Drinking it pure is may cause vomiting (if you're not used to it) but when you mix it with the right ingredients like apple, you'll get a sweet "fruit punchy" like drink. Beet has been known as one of the nutrient rich foods out there that'll boost your stamina, detox your body, lower down high blood pressure and improve sexual health. Yes!

2 Fuji apples
1 lemon (unpeeled) – should not be waxy
1 beet (peeled)
