The Best Chicken Pot Pie

This is one of my family's favorite meals- and it's so incredibly easy!

2 cans cream of chicken soup

1 1/2 cups milk

¾ cup white onion, chopped

4 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

1 (10 oz) pkg. frozen peas and carrots

1 (16 oz) pkg. frozen diced potatoes (with no seasoning)

¾ tsp salt

½ tsp pepper

3 (9 in) pre-made pie crusts (unbaked)
Heat soup over low heat. Blend in onion, salt, and pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and bubbly; remove from heat. Stir in milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly....
