This is hands down the best fried rice recipe you will find. I have tried many and this one is a winner by far. Ready in 20 minutes!

4 cups cooked rice
3 cups frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 medium-large onion chopped
3 tbsp butter
3 eggs
2 tbsp dark sesame oil
1/4 cup chopped scallions + some extra to garnish
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp salt (or more to taste)
