These meatballs are super moist and really good! It makes a big difference using the multi-grain bread, so don't skimp there please! It really gives them a nice texture. Add as much garlic or chili as you like. I've listed one clove of garlic, but it's totally legal to go with way more!

2 slices multi-grain bread
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 lb ground pork
3/4 lb 85% lean ground beef
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated or 1/4 cup Romano cheese
1 egg
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Chili flakes (To taste)
