For the Dough:

1 1/2 cups water
1 Tablespoon instant yeast (such as Red Star Platinum Instant Yeast)
3 1/2 cups bread flour
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons orange zest (about 1 medium orange)
For the Filling:

1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
1/4 cup Orange Marmalade
1/4 cup granulated sugar
For the Glaze:

1.5 cup powdered sugar
3 Tablespoons orange juice
1 1/2 teaspoons orange zest (about 1 medium orange)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon butter extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
