Comfort Food meets Comfort Food with this Jambalaya-inspired “mac” and cheese! This is sure to be a hit with your family and makes the perfect Super Bowl meal.

3/4 lbs. pounds andouille sausage, sliced (chorizo will work in a pinch)
1 green pepper, chop
1 onion, chopped 3 stalks celery, chopped
2 tbs. all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon adobo
1 tbs. Cajun seasoning
1 12 oz. can evaporated milk (halved)
12 oz. dried cheese tortellini
2 cups chicken stock
3/4 lbs. peeled and deveined shrimp
8 oz. cheddar cheese
