My quest for the softest chocolate chip/chunk cookie is over and I have achieved victory! If you love a soft baked cookie then this recipe is a MUST try!

2 ¼ C all purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

1 ½ tsp cornstarch

½ tsp salt

1 ½ sticks butter, melted

¾ C light brown sugar

½ C granulated sugar

1 large egg

1 egg yolk

2 tsp vanilla extract
