The Whole Chicken caboodle

A complete meal in one dish with very little preparation, very moist and tasty. Add a dinner roll and call it done.

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 cups cooked rice
2 cups uncooked vegetables
2 T ranch seasoning
1/2 cup butter
Preheat oven to 350. Cook 2 cups of rice. I used a package with seasonings but plain will work too. Place chicken in a row in center of a 9x13 pan. I cut the chicken breasts in half so there are more pieces. Add cooked rice on one side and fresh vegetables on the other side. Cut up butter into cubes and place randomly over the food. Sprinkle with ranch seasoning. Cover with tin foil and bake for 45-50 minutes.
