1/2 tsp. granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups of 110 degree water
3 1/2-3 3/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
Dissolve yeast and sugar in water, allow to rest for 8 minutes (it will get foamy on the top)
Take the flour and salt and combine the two in a separate bowl.
Add the yeast mixture to the flour and salt bowl and combine with a heavy spoon.(May need more flour to reduce stickiness . It will be easier to handle.)
Knead on floured surface for about 2 minutes.
Lightly grease a sixteen inch pizza pan.
Roll out to around 12 inches and lay in pizza pan pushing dough out towards the edges to create a crust.
Spread your favorite pizza sauce and add cheese and other desired toppings.
Bake in 500 degree oven for 8-12 minutes until cheese is bubbling and crust is golden brown.
Serve with melted garlic butter.
