Calling all meat lovers! This Three Meat, Egg, Cheese and Potato Breakfast Skillet is heavy on the protein AND flavor, & made in your favorite cast-iron!

3 Tbsp half and half
salt and pepper
4 Tbsp unsalted butter divided
1 onion chopped
1 red bell pepper seeded and chopped
5 cloves garlic minced
2 cups frozen diced potatoes
2 cups kielbasa cut into 1/2" pieces
1 cup thick-cut dry salami cut into 1/2" pieces
1 cup Italian sausage cooked and cut into 1/2" pieces
2 cups extra sharp cheddar cheese shredded
2 Tbsp fresh parsley chopped
