Toddler Smoothie

If your toddler who used to eat everything has suddenly become a picky eating toddler...Smoothie to the rescue! You can put a bunch of healthy things in a smoothie. Give it a try!

1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup organic whole milk yogurt
1/2 avocado
1/2 to 1 whole banana
2-3 green food cubes
1/2 -1 cup fresh or frozen berry medley
1/4 cup frozen mango
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. You can add some ice if you want it a bit thicker. Place in spill proof cups and it keep for a day in the refrigerator
