Tofu cooked with Sesame Seeds and Peanuts

This dish can be had as a salad too. Its flavored with sesame seeds, peanuts and spices. Tofu is a good substitute for vegetarians.

1 cup tofu cut n cubes/strips of tofu
1 cup shredded veggies of your choice (I used cabbage,carrots and broccoli)
1 tbsp white sesame seeds
2 green chillies, minced
1 tsp amchur powder
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp dhania jeera powder
2-3 tbsp crushed peanuts
1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Cooking Oil spray
In a pan dry roast the peanuts. Let them cool down. Coarsely grind them. Since I was using Tofu strips, I had to cook them first. Heat a pan, place the tofu strips on it. Spray some cooking oil. Cook both...
