A yummy side dish for bread and rice.

Tofu (firm) - 1 1/2 cup cut into blocks
Onion - 2 small or 1 big finely chopped
Tomato - 1 big
Cashew nut - 7to 10 full pieces
Paprika/Capsicum - 1/2 cup chopped
green peas - 1 cup
cumin seeds - 2 teaspoon
Garlic cloves - 3
Ginger - crushed equivalent to garlic qty
oil - 3 tablespoon
cilantro leaves - 1/2 cup finely chopped
Green chillies - 1 medium sized
Red Chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Dry Coriander seeds powder (if available) - 1 teaspoon
mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala powder (available as Indian spice) - 1 teaspoon
