1 package cherry tomatoes (about 25-30, depending on how large you make your meatballs and how much you snack on them)

small block of mozzarella cheese (you could even use string cheese, and one stick should be enough)

1 package of Light Life Gimme Lean Sausage (or your favorite non-vegetarian sausage) – I find mine in the produce section.

1 teaspoon garlic salt

1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning

1 Tablespoon dried basil

salt & pepper

1/2 cup bread crumbs

1 egg

1 Tablespoon Worcestershire

1 Tablespoon ketchup
