This is great dish to cook to go with almost any meat! Perfect cold weather food!

1 Cup of rice (cooking according to directions on package)
2 Cans (15 oz) diced tomatoes
3 Tbsp. Canola oil
1 clove Garlic (finely chopped)
1 medium Onion (diced)
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1 Tbsp. All Purpose Flour
5 Tbsp. Milk

5 Tbsp. Milk
Heat Oil in skillet. Saute onion in grease until onions are translucent.. Add garlic and saute for about 30 more seconds.
Then add flour and stir until flour browns.
Pour in milk and stir until it's all incorporated and sauce thickens.
Then add Tomatoes and Sugar.
Bring to a boil, then turn down to simmer. Simmer for about 1 hour.
Serve over rice and ENJOY!!!
