Top Sirloin Beef Stroganoff

Stroganoff that is creamy with plenty of mushrooms.

2.5 lb top sirloin
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
3 pints mushroom
1 onion
2 cans beef broth bouillon
28 oz sour cream
3 tsp cornstarch
1/4 C milk
Large Egg Noodles
Cut sirloin into bite size pieces Brown meat Add salt and other ingredients through bouillon (6 ingredients) Bring to a hard boil Simmer for 2 hours After simmering add sour cream In a separate bowl mix cornstarch and milk to a thick paste, add to Stroganoff Crank heat to thicken Top on prepared egg noodles
