Focaccia Bread is perfect for any occasion! Its topped with olives and drizzled generously with extra virgin olive oil!

Olives (Black & Green), pitted
50 ml (1.7 fl oz) Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Thyme – a few sprigs (a few teaspoons, if using dried thyme)
500 g (1.1 lb) Plain Flour
1 Tablespoon Dry Yeast (or 20 g/0.70 oz Fresh Yeast)
1 Tablespoon Dry Oregano
1 Tablespoon Caster Sugar
1 Teaspoon Salt
300 ml - 320 ml (10.1-10.8 fl oz) Lukewarm water
