Here it is, simple yet fabulous, Traditional Meatloaf, I’ll admit I like simple, but I also like things that taste good. I am willing to put effort into dinners, but the less steps and ingredients the better it is for my sanity. Dinner time is a very chaotic time in my house so a bit of this and that makes it a breeze. 3lbs of Ground Beef (chuck)
1 1/2 Tablespoon of steak seasoning (ie Weber Chicago Steak Seasoning or McCormick Steak Grillmates)
1 Small onion chopped
2 cloves garlic (crushed or minced)
1/2 to 3/4 cup oatmeal
2 eggs
