Tratidional Atzem Pilaf

Atzem pilaf is a Turkish recipe widely cooked in Greece. It’s very tasty and it goes well with all kinds of meat.

4 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic
1 cup noodles, crushed in little pieces
4 cups rice (I mixed in wild rice)
9 cups boiled water
1 chicken bouillon cube
Salt
Pepper

Heat a saucepan, add butter and garlic. Sauté garlic until golden brown from both sides. Remove.
Add your noodles and sauté until golden brown.
Add rice and continue sautéing for 2 minutes.
