A sponge-like cake that is soaked in three different types of milk and is a very common cake in Mexican culture.

?1 cup All-purpose Flour
?1-1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
?1/4 teaspoon Salt
?5 whole Eggs, egg yolks and whites separated and at room temperature
?1 cup Granulated Sugar, Divided
?1 teaspoon Vanilla
?1/3 cup Milk
?1 can Evaporated Milk
?1 can Sweetened, Condensed Milk
?1/4 cup Heavy Cream

? For the sweetened whipped cream:
?1 pint Heavy Cream, For Whipping
?3 Tablespoons Sugar (I used granulated, but you can use powdered too)
1 tbsp. vanilla pudding mix, to stiffen the whipped cream

Corn Dip with Mexican Style Sour Cream Ingredients:
2 cans (15.25 oz) whole kernel sweet corn
1/2 cup onions ( diced )
1 can (4 oz) green chilis ( fire-roasted and diced )
1/3 package block style cream cheese ( full fat )
3/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese ( shredded )
3/4 cup Pepperjack Cheese
1/2 cup LALA Crema Mexicana
1 package tortilla chips
cilantro ( for garnish )
