Tri-Tip Sliders with Sriracha Aioli Sauce

Delicious and easy Tri-Tip Sliders are a real crowd pleaser. Juicy beef, peppery arugula, sweet onions and a flavorful Sriracha Aioli Sauce. They go together in no time with impressive results!

2-3 pound Tri-Tip steak, using all the following ingredients for the rub; then cooked, cooled and sliced.
Rub Ingredients:
3 tablespoon Trader Joe’s BBQ rub & seasoning with coffee and garlic
½ teaspoon lemon pepper
¼ teaspoon Montreal Steak Seasoning
½ teaspoon granulated garlic
1 teaspoon packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
For Caramelized Onions:
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon garlic oil
2 medium yellow onions, halved and sliced paper thin (about 4 cups)
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
8 small slider rolls
1 bunch arugula, washed, dried, and torn
