Triple Berry Scones

These Triple Berry Scones are soft, moist and full of raspberries, blueberries and strawberries. Don’t forget the lemon glaze on top!

2 1/4 cups all purpose flour, plus 1/2 cup for flouring the counter
1 rounded teaspoon baking soda
2 rounded teaspoons cream of tartar
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 stick plus 1 tablespoon cold butter
3/4 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup chopped strawberries
Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
3 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
1-2 tablespoons of milk, if needed to thin glaze
