The Ultimate Key Lime Pie! Three Layers of Key lime goodness surrounded by a cinnamon brown sugar crust. The first layer is a traditional baked key lime, the second layer is a no bake cream cheese key lime and the third layer is a key lime whipped cream. This recipe includes sour cream in both layer 1 and layer too to balance and round out the wonderful key lime flavor.

CINNAMON BROWN SUGAR CRUST
2 Cups of Graham Crackers Crumbs
1/4 cup of Dark Brown Sugar
2 Teaspoons of Cinnamon or to taste
1 Stick of Melted Butter
1 to 2 Tablespoons of Eggs Whites, room temp
LAYER 1: THE BAKED LAYER
2 Cups of Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Cup of KEY Lime Juice
8 Eggs Yolks, room temp
1/2 Cup of Sour Cream, room temp
Zest from 8 Key Limes (optional)
LAYER 2: THE CHILLED LAYER
16 ounces of Cream Cheese, soften
1 Cup of Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/2 Cup of Key Lime Juice
1/4 Cup of Sour Cream, room temp
1/4 Cup of Granulated Sugar
LAYER 3: KEY LIME WHIPPED CREAM
1 1/2 Cups of Heavy Cream, very cold
2 Tablespoons of Sugar
2 Tablespoons of Key Lime Juice
Key Lime Zest (optional)
