The delicious tropical flavors of coconut and pineapple blended together with fresh ingredients to fill you up and keep you feeling great! No added sweeteners make this a diet-friendly, healthy lifestyle winner. As with most smoothies, this recipe is very versatile, too. No kale? Substitute fresh baby spinach instead! Not a fan of coconut flavor? Use almond milk for the milk. Add fresh or frozen peaches or mango if you like...the sky is the limit!

1 cup chopped kale
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup diced pineapple
1 banana
Put all ingredients together in a blender. Blend until everything is smooth. Enjoy!
