Turkey Kabobs

Marinated turkey with just a kick of horseradish.

5 to 8 lb. turkey breast cut into 2" cubes
2 cups 7-Up
1 cup oil
1 cup soy sauce
2 Tbs. horseradish powder
Mix together the soda, oil, sauce and horseradish power. Cut up turkey into 2" cubes then put into either a plastic zip-lock bag or dish. Pour liquid over the top and turn until well coated. Marinate for 24 hours. Put meat on skewers and grill until done.

1 1/2 cups Italian-style Panko bread crumbs
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Onion powder
1 teaspoon Seasoned salt
1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
