Turkey Mushroom Pasta Bake is an easy, creamy, savory dinner dish AND the yummiest way to use up leftover turkey.

2 1/2 C whole grain rotini, uncooked

1 (8oz) package sliced portobello mushrooms

1 Tbsp olive oil

3 garlic cloves, minced

3 Tbsp flour

1 1/2 C lowfat milk

1/3 C whipping cream

2 C shredded cooked turkey (white or dark meat)

1 C mozzarella, divided

3/4 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp pepper

2 Tbsp shredded parmesan
