Classic cafeteria comfort food to feed a crowd!

2lbs roasted turkey breast(roast it yourself),cut into chunks
16oz spagetti, cooked to al dente
2 sticks butter
1 red bell pepper, seeded & chopped
1/2lb brown mushrooms, sliced
1c chopped celery
1/2c chopped onion
1T chopped garlic
1 lg can cream of mushroom soup
1 lg can cream of chicken soup
1 reg can cream of celery soup
2c milk
2c shredded cheddar blend
2c american cheese shreds
16oz spagetti, cooked to al dente
2 sticks butter

1 lg can cream of mushroom soup
1 lg can cream of chicken soup
1 reg can cream of celery soup
2c milk
2c shredded cheddar blend
2c american cheese shreds
in a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add all veggies. saute til soft. add soups and milk, stirring to blend. remove from heat.in a very large bowl, place drained pasta and roast turkey chunks. pour soup mix over pasta & turkey. mix well. add cheddar and mix again. pour mix into sprayed casserole dish and top with american cheese. bake at 375* til cheese is melted.
*NOTE: roasting a turkey breast is very easy! just make sure it is completely thawed, and rub it inside and out with creole seasoning. place on a foil lined pan and roast at 375* til juices run clear when pierced, or the internal temperature reaches 165*. allow to sit 15-20 minutes before carving to retain juiciness.
