2 tsp salt

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 yellow onion diced
3 Roma tomatoes
2 tbsp salt
3 Thyme sprigs
2 tbsp Italian parsley
1 tbsp julienned Basil
1 tsp chopped garlic
1/2 tsp Saffron optional
