Easy chocolate fudge on a shortbread cookie crust and topped with chopped Twix candy bars. Delicious and easy for any picnic or party!

2 cups shortbread cookie crumbs
6 Tablespoons butter ( melted )
2 cups milk chocolate chips
2 Tablespoons butter
1 ( 16 ounce can chocolate frosting )
2 cups chopped Twix bars
