Ultimate Beef Stew

A vegan stew that will knock your socks off.

1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary
1 teaspoon fine sea salt

1 package Gardein Beefless Tips, thawed, and halved
1 tablespoon coconut oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 bay leaf
4-1?2 cups low-sodium vegetable stock
1 tablespoon Worcestershire
1-1?2 cups dry red wine
3 carrots, cut into 1-inch chunks
1 pound red potatoes, cut into 1-inch chunks
1 onion, cut into 1-inch chunks
1 8 ounce package baby bella mushrooms, halved (or quartered if large)
1 cup fresh or frozen peas
