V-day Chocolate Cupped Strawberry Mousse

The ultimate dessert to share with all of your loved ones, so come on in and feel the love : )

10 oz. of mini marshmallow’s
2 tablespoon of sour cream
3 cups of strawberries (chopped)
½ cup of sugar
½ cup of water
6 oz. of germen chocolate
6 oz. of white chocolate
6 oz. of milk chocolate
1 large egg
Step 1: pre-heat a large sauce pan over medium heat and add the water, strawberries and sugar Cook for 12 minutes or until soft Step 2: in a double boiler over low heat and add all three kinds of chocolate if you don’t have a double Boiler the microwave will work. Cook until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth Step 3: add the marshmallow’s to the strawberries take off the heat and combine until the mousse Is smooth, next add the sour cream to the mousse mix well and store covered in the fridge for 40 Minutes Step 4: beat the egg white until the egg foamy after the mousse has set fold the egg white in to The mousse and store back in to the fridge Step 5: take the melted chocolate and add a ¼ inch layer to the bottom of and cupcake trays And set in the fridge for 10 minutes, next take the chocolate trays and mousse from the fridge And prepare add 1 tablespoon of mousse to each chocolate cup Server and enjoy
