Valentine Sugar Cookies w/ COOKIE DOUGH FROSTING

Perfect for Valentine's Day. The frosting is really the star of the show on this Valentine Sugar Cookie. A cookie dough, on top of a cookie, do I have to say more??

1 package pre made sugar cookie dough (or your own recipe)
1/4 C butter, softened
1/4 C brown sugar
1 oz cream cheese, softened
pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 C flour
1 1/2 C powdered sugar
2 T milk
1/8 tsp pink/red gel coloring (optional)
sugar hearts, or other decorative sugar sprinkle

Bake cookies per package instruction. Because my dough was already formed into balls, I cut into heart shapes as soon as they came out of the oven. If making you're own, cut prior to cooking. Set aside...
