The perfect Valentine's treat! You don't even have to tell anyone it was so easy to make!

1 cup cold water, divided
3 packets unflavored gelatin
2/3 cup light corn syrup
1 cup sugar
1-2 tsp pure vanilla extract
Butter for greasing
Powdered sugar
14 oz. milk chocolate melts
